Yes! Gainsly is built local-first. You can log workouts, track sets, and view your history without an internet connection. When you're back online, everything syncs automatically.

Your data is stored locally on your device first. When you have connectivity, Gainsly syncs with our GraphQL backend in the background. Changes are queued and applied so nothing gets lost.

Absolutely. Gainsly uses Firebase for authentication and encrypts data in transit. Your workout data is stored securely in the cloud only after you sign in.

Do I need an account?

You can try Gainsly locally without an account, but you'll need to sign in with Apple or Google to sync across devices and access the leaderboard.
